The VLJ industry is the new driver for growth in aviation and SFP has positioned itself to meet the demands of customer-tailored training.  Our instructors are some of the earliest trained and type rated pilots flying the Eclipse 500 and Phenom 100 jets.  Training is our passion.  Customer success is what drives us. We feel this is what separates us from providers with short-term instructors and a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Meet Our Professionals

Adam Ruscitti holds an ATP with five type-ratings including the EA-500S (Eclipse 500) and the EMB-500 (Embraer Phenom).  Being raised in an aviation family, Adam began his flying career before he was tall enough to reach the rudder pedals.  With his father as his flight instructor, he soloed on his sixteenth birthday and completed his ratings at the minimum age possible.  He has been a Certified Flight Instructor since the age of 18 and holds the FAA Gold Seal.   Adam has flown corporate charter, with two regional airlines, and the Boeing 737 for United Airlines.  He holds a Bachelors of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University.

Adam, a 1st-time Master and SAFE member, has earned his Master CFI accreditation.

Dominick Ruscitti holds an ATP with ten type-ratings including the EA-500S (Eclipse 500) and the EMB-500 (Embraer Phenom).  Dom started his flying career in a Cessna 140 in southwestern Pennsylvania where he spent one year as a school teacher prior to his 37 year career at United Airlines.  At United, Dom was heavily involved in ALPA and company training positions.  He was a Line Check Airmen and Standards Captain on numerous aircraft including the Boeing 777 and 747-400.  In celebration of his contributions to airline training, Dom was awarded the Chicago Domicile Captain of the Year Award by his peers.  Dom is an avid Certified Flight Instructor and was one of the first Eclipse 500 Mentor Pilots.  He holds a Bachelors of Science in Education from California University of Pennsylvania.
